Return reason: Bought by mistake.We got a return from the buyer,it was opened and used, It can not be sold as brand new anymore. As for Amazon's return policy and SFP return policy, we need to charge a 20% restocking fee plus shipping fee since it was the buyer's remorse. But amazon has submitted the full refund to the buyer. As for Amazon's return policy and SFP return policy, we need to charge a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fee since it was the buyer's remorse. But Amazon has submitted the full refund to the buyer.
