Unfortunately , without an actual acceptance receipt, there is nothing that I can do to help you locate your package, perhaps you need to speak to someone at your UPS location / franchisee & they may help you - locate it within their system, they would have much better access to internal procedures, computerized systems, inaccessible to --third-parties to the transaction – not employed, or affiliated with UPS , in a different part of the country…best of luck…

It's not our address. We’ve seen it on the seller’s forum before , some evil buyer uses Photoshop or Pdfedit to fake a return label from Amazon, Although it shows delivered to the same city and the same ZIP code. Amazon will refund directly from seller' end.
