How do I remove a Starlink from a service line using the dashboard?

Note: A Starlink must be removed from a service line before it can be unlocked and transferred to a different account.

Select the "Subscriptions" tab and select the service line you want to remove
Then select "Manage" in the Service Plan box
Select "Remove Starlink"
The Starlink can now be unlocked from the account

访问激活页面：前往 Starlink.com/activate。

输入硬件 ID：在输入框中输入该 Starlink Mini 的 Kit ID（通常在包装盒标签上或天线背面的标签上，格式通常为 kit 开头的数字字符串）。

观察系统反馈：

如果已绑定（无法使用）：系统会立即弹出红色报错信息，提示类似 “This Starlink is already associated with another account”（此设备已关联至另一个账户）。这意味着原主人没有执行“Transfer（转让）”操作，即便你手动重置了 WiFi 也没用，千万不要购买。
如果已释放（可以购买）：系统会顺利通过验证，并带你进入下一个页面要求你输入“服务地址（Service Address）”和选择套餐。只要能走到这一步，就说明该硬件已经从旧账户中彻底释放，你可以放心使用自己的新账户进行绑定。
