As we used an Amazon UPS/USPS/FEDEX account, all claims with carriers have to go through them as we are not the account owner. Please go with the A-z route to get your money back.
After 48 hours you talk with us, there will be a button at your order stating "problem with order"
then, you can state that you did not receive the product you ordered even if the carrier shows delivered. Then Amazon will get involved and pay you back for your missing package.
Sorry this is frustrating but that is the protocol amazon sets for third parties to get your money back and protects both sellers and buyers.
To request a refund on an eligible order:
Go to Your Orders.
Locate your order in the list and click Problem with order.
Select your problem from the list.
Select Request refund.
Enter your comments in the text box.
