We do not offer a free trial period. Restocking fees and shipping fees will be charged depending on the actual condition of your returned item.
1 Return Window: Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. We do NOT honor extended holiday return periods.
2 S/N Verification: The serial number(s) of the returned item(s) must match our record(s). Items not shipped by us cannot be refunded.

4 Inspection: All returns are tested and inspected; the entire process is video-recorded for security.
5 Change of Mind: For "Accidental order" or "No longer needed," unopened items incur a 10% restocking fee plus two-way shipping. Opened items incur at least a 20% restocking fee plus two-way shipping.
6 Completeness: Opened items must include all original accessories (power cord, manual, CD-ROM, etc.). Missing accessories incur at least a 50% restocking fee plus two-way shipping.
7 Misrepresentation: If inspection shows a claimed defect does not exist or the condition was misrepresented, a minimum 25% restocking fee Plus two-way shipping will apply.
8 Unauthorized Repair: Any attempt to disassemble the machine voids the warranty/return. A restocking fee of up to 80% may be charged.
9 Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was mistakenly shipped or arrived damaged/defective.
10 Refused Packages: If a customer refuses a package upon delivery, two-way shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

1) If the returned item is still brand new and factory sealed, we will refund in full less shipping (even if order may be value free shipping). However, for new releases and popular merchandise with short supply, we may charge a restocking fee up to 20%. Shipping is non-refundable.  
2) Opened box items, up to 30% restocking fee plus shipping cost would be charged if returned with original packaging and serial number matched. If original packing is missing, a 50% restocking fee would be charged. If return items miss accessories, UPC or Serial Number,50~99.9% restocking fee may be charged.
3) For unmatched return, wrong item, or item with different serial number, we take this as frau.dulent return and will report it to Amazon and maybe the police department for frau.dulent investigation.
4) If an item is defective we will take the return back and provide free shipping. Replacements for defective items are shipped free of charge, subject to inventory on hand.

Return Policy: We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of product receipt. It must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Returned product is subject to a 25% restocking charge(30% on replacement parts) and must be returned freight prepaid.

Please understand that a filed a-to-z claim (whether withdrawn or not) puts a substantial damage to our seller's account. Only when we fail to solve a problem, you should file a claim. Once a claim is filed (whether by you or an Amazon CSR on your behalf), we will no longer be able to assist you but will work as hard as we can to defend ourselves.

RETURNS: All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA ) number. A RMA Number will be issued once you submit the return request. After a RMA request is assigned, the item should be shipped backed and received by us within 10 days. All returns must have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

All serial numbers are recorded before shipping to the customer. The serial number on the unit must match the serial number on the box, the warranty card as well as our record from your order. If the serial number of the returned item doesn't match our record then you will not be refunded. We will also report the order to Amazon for further investigation.

1) Unopened Item (factory sealed): Buyer can return within 30 days as of the delivery date. Buyer pays for outbound and return shipping fees.

2) Opened Item (factory seal broken): Buyer can return within 30 days as of the delivery date. Buyer pays for outbound and return shipping fees. A 15%-50% restocking fee will be charged based on the returned item condition. Software and video game products can not be returned once opened.

3) Dead on arrival items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

All returns are tested upon receipt. If the customer misrepresents the return reason and the item is not defective; a restocking fee will be charged as stated above.

If you choose to return the item, please return it in the same condition as received, including any retail packaging if applicable. Used items and discretionary returns (Accidental order, better price available, no longer needed/wanted) may be subject to a restocking fee and will be charged return shipping cost per amazon return policy.

REFUND: Items that qualified for free shipping and are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the package for your refund to be processed. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once the refund is processed.

Price match is not available per Amazon policy.
